Here is couple of most frequently asked questions from players who just registered in our casino. Short questions - short answers. Like everyone, we don't like to make things harder to understand.
Account
You can register your account using the Sign Up button found in the upper right corner of this page. You will need to enter your e-mail, password and choose your Main Currency. Please keep in mind that:
- You are only allowed to open one user account. If you are unsure if you already have an account with the Casino, please contact Customer Services.
- You are not allowed to use a disposable email address to register your account.
- You must keep your login credentials safe.
If you have lost your password, please use the Forgot Your Password? option in the Login menu. You will shortly receive an email containing a link to the page where you can set your new password. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team and they will be more than happy to help.

No. The email you’ve signed up with cannot be changed.
No. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of our Terms of Service, and may result in removal of any winnings made on all accounts.
Login to your account and navigate to the Profile menu. Use the Balance tab to view your active currencies, and use the Add Currency button below them, to add a new currency.
To change your Default Currency, login to your account and navigate to the Profile menu. Use the Balance tab to view your active currencies, and use the Select button next to the desired currency to switch to using that currency.
Deposits and Withdrawals
We support a total of 10 different currencies, 5 of which are Fiat, and the other 5 cryptocurrencies.

- Due to the nature of Cryptocurrencies, it might take a while for your transaction to be confirmed on the BlockChain network on busy days. As we have no control over this process, we cannot guarantee that Cryptocurrency deposits will be Instant. Generally speaking however, these deposits go through within no more than 10 minutes of your request.
- If your Cryptocurrency deposit has been confirmed, but it is not yet on your balance, please contact Customer Services.
Yes! They are truly instant. We guarantee that your payout will be sent within 600 seconds of your request!
Before withdrawing, please consider the following:
- Your account must be verified before withdrawals are available.
- While we guarantee processing of your payout within the specified timeframe, when using Cryptocurrencies to withdraw, it might take more than 10 minutes for the funds to show up on your wallet. This is due to the nature of Cryptocurrencies, but it should never take more than 30 minutes.

No. Casino Adrenaline does not offer Cryptocurrency exchange services.
mBTC is short for millibitcoin. It represents one thousandth part of one Bitcoin (1 mBTC = 0.001 BTC). For the sake of convenience, the Bitcoin balance on your account will be shown in millibitcoins (mBTC).
Bonuses
Bonuses are rewards given by the Casino to you, the player. These can be earned in many ways. Some are given for joining our Casino, others are given for special occasions such as VIP upgrades of your account, Birthday, International Holidays, etc.
Bonuses can be:
- Deposit Boosts – where you have to make a deposit to get the reward , and the amount of the reward depends on the amount of the deposit, or
- No-Deposit Bonuses – Free Rewards, usually given by the Casino Management.
All bonuses have their specific terms. The ones always present are Wagering Requirements, Playable Games and Maximum Cashout Limits.
Wagering (a.k.a. Playthrough) Requirement is the amount you must bet after claiming a bonus, before you are able to request a withdrawal.
Wagering requirements are usually stipulated as: X * (the amount of the given bonus). For example, if you claim a bonus of €10, and the terms state “You must wager the bonus 40 times before a withdrawal can take place.”, this means that you must play a total of €400 (40 * €10), before you can request a withdrawal.
On the Bonuses (insert link) page you can see your active bonus with all its terms. On that page you will see specifically how much more you must wager before a withdrawal is possible.
You are playing a game which does not count towards the wagering requirements of your active bonus. Different games will count differently towards the playthrough amount.
For example, your bonus may have game contributions set up something similar to this:
- Slot Games ratio count is 1 : 1 (€1 wagered on slots will deduct €1 from your wagering requirements),
- Blackjack ratio count is 3 : 1 (€1 wagered on Blackjack will deduct €0.33 from your wagering requirements),
- Roulette ratio count is 10 : 1 (€1 wagered on Roulette will deduct €0.1 from your wagering requirements).
Wagers made on games not allowed by the bonus will not count towards the wagering requirements. Please refer to the Bonuses (insert link) page to see the full details of game contributions.
Maximum Cashout Limit is the amount of funds that you can withdraw after activating a bonus. Any balance in excess of this limit will be removed from your account before a withdrawal can take place.
